What do I do if I need a Gift Card today?

Gift cards may be purchased directly at any Ruby’s Diner for any amount.  For a list of locations, click here.

Can I mail a Gift Card to another person or does it have to come to me?

Gift card orders under $200 can be shipped to any United States address. Cards shipped via UPS can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

How long will it take to get my Gift Card?

We have several shipping options ranging from first class mail to overnight delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be sent out same day. Please note that UPS does not deliver on the weekend or to a P.O. Box address.

Can I print a Gift Card for immediate use?

No, we only use physical gift cards.

Can Gift Cards be purchased over the phone?

No, for your security we do not accept orders over the phone. Cards may be purchased though via our secure website or any Ruby’s Diner.

Do Gift Cards ever expire or decline in value?

Ruby’s Gift Cards never expire and they do not decrease in value. What a great gift!
