Think of Ruby's as a movie set from the 1940's. Every detail is designed to take the guest back to a simpler and nostalgic time. Team member uniforms and dress code standards are part of this 1940's set design. Neatness and cleanliness are absolutely necessary at all times.

POLICY AGAINST UNLAWFUL HARASSMENT: Ruby's has a zero tolerance policy for any type of harassment in the workplace. It is Ruby's policy to provide its team with a work environment that is free from intimidation and/or hostility, in compliance with the provisions of state and federal laws. We have a particular disdain for sexual harassment and treat it as one of the most serious violations of company policy.
