Before you apply, here are just a few things we’d like you to
know:

to detect the use of illegal substances may occur both prior to and
during employment with us.

- Creating positive guest experience is a part of everyone’s
job at Ruby’s. To work and be successful with us, you must
have a genuine love for people with no hesitance whatsoever in giving
your all to serve others.
- Our restaurant uniform & appearance standards have been established
with the 1940’s in mind. Neatness and cleanliness are absolutely
necessary at all times. While it’s not possible to outline
our entire uniform policy in this small format, here are just a few
important points:

The Ruby look does not permit
extremes in dyeing, bleaching
or tinting; hair must be one
natural color.

Visible tattoos are not acceptable.

Male Team Members may not wear
earrings.
-
Body piercing
of any kind, except for earrings
in the bottom of females’ earlobes,
is unacceptable.
-
When worn, Ruby red and clear
nail polish are the only acceptable
colors for female Team Members.
